Refund policy

Returns
We offer returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Items marked final sale
  3. Used or damaged items not due to our error

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, double check your bank or credit card account, then contact your financial institution. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at LontechProducts@gmail.com.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at LontechProducts@gmail.com with your order number and photo proof.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
